Gingerbread Play Dough
Keep your children’s hands busy with a fun and great smelling activity. Play dough is amazing for sensory play as well as developing creativity. I wanted to make it extra special for the holiday season so we made this Gingerbread Play Dough.
My two-year-old son helped measure all the ingredients and put them in the pot. I cooked it while he tried to patiently wait. The house smelled wonderful. Then we got out all of his baking supplies and had him pretend to make gingerbread cookies. We also made snowmen and other unique sculptures.
It was fun and kept him busy. If you decide to make it, please comment below letting us know what your child’s favorite way to play and create is!
Fun Child Play Baking Tools
All children like to pretend. Pretending to bake or cook is more fun when they have their own tools. The following tools work perfectly with this Gingerbread Play Dough.
